Starlings

Starlings in their winter finery, dining on Ash Tree Berries.  There are two birds enjoying the treat - do you see them both?

Beautiful berries. Our ash trees here don't sport berries, more's the pity.

I do see both birds. Love the pop of the red berries against the dark feathers of the birds.

Lovely photo - I had to look again to see the second bird. Think the berries may be those of Rowan rather than Ash which has bunches of ash 'keys' rather than berries:) Of course I'm thinking of English trees here.
