Rain Rain Rain

This is a re-post.  The original was one year ago today.  It is still one of my favorites.

We took a ride in the rain out to see a table that we might be interested it - it was not the table for us - but the weather gave me some good chances at rain photos.

Click to enlarge and you can see the rain drops in the water and on the goose's back and head
The water was not rough - that shows just how hard it was raining
More rain drops on  the back of the goose
Hello Ring Necked Duck - enjoying the rain?
You can see raindrops falling by his head - and rain on his back.  These guys can really motor!

A lovely goose in a lovely rain.

As we say here in the UK JoAnn, 'Lovely weather for ducks!' (and geese too, and photographers - wonderful).

I could watch ducks in a pond all day!

Those geese look almost as happy in the pond as they do in the corn fields! Great photos, JoAnn.

Ahhhh. Rain. Geese and ducks are better prepared for it than most of us.

The weather looks exactly like that here this morning! Geese and ducks like it better than I do!

It is poring rain outside my window right now. The photography is wonderful! Great collage of the geese, I would have to print this one out and frame it and place somewhere where I could admire it. Have a wonderful week....... Candy

The rain created some beautiful effects for you. The birds just seem oblivious - "business as usual!"
