Sign signs - what?

Seen at a local Community Park - who, or what, are they warning?

They got it right - on here - and on three other signs

What happened here?  And does anyone actually read this when they do the gardening, when they drive in and out, when they go walking by? And why haven't they fixed it in 12 years?  So many questions - so little time.

Maybe they mean you can't build a grocery store by that last sign...only a house ;>)!! We see mistakes like that in the newspaper every day ...gets our morning off to a great rant! (There are no proofreaders any more.)

I guess they don't want any lawyers involved in their misspellings :)

Ha ha! So funny! There's a sign near me in the summer where the lady sells 'Bokays' (flowers). And of course there is the 'Horse Boreding'. Poor bored horses! There's no spell check in real life! xx

For a little fun someone should add... Strictly enforced.

That's funny. I'll bet nobody cares enough, or they just got used to it.

Oh dear - that's too funny! I'd imagine that there are people who wouldn't find it strange at all.
