Rain and Sunshine

Some days we have rain here in the Pacific Northwest (NW Washington State)

With sparkly drips on the bare branches, waiting for spring

 And evergreens dripping everywhere.

And some days we have sunshine - to show off the catkins on the wild hazelnut trees

And some days we have fancy clouds.  How is the weather in your area?

Hello,

Pretty captures of the rain drops. I love the last sky and cloud photo.
Have a happy day and week ahead.

I love your pretty raindrop pics! We've had sunshine today and now clouds are moving in. It was in the 60s when I hiked and it felt glorious! I know a lot of our country has terrible cold weather! Enjoy your afternoon! Hugs, Diane

JoAnn - for some reason, I just love catkins. I want to reach out and touch their softness … We are having a couple of cold, blue-sky days, which is fine with me. This morning everything outside had a fine coating of crystals from the freezing fog overnight - so glittery! Enjoy the rest of your week.

You have captured the raindrops in some lovely photos. Our weather is snow snow & more snow with temperatures at a daytime high of -21(c) & with the wind chill -32(c)

Wow, lots of things hanging down, not just water dripping. Our usual winter days enjoy bright blue skies, but today it is cold and cloudy. No sign of snow yet this year. We usually get that once or twice in a winter.

Drips and catkins: just right for this time of year! We're starting to see pussywillows. We haven't had as much rain as forecast lately. Now snow's possible by the end of the weekend and I wonder if that will come to pass. We haven't had any so far this winter.
