Wednesday Wee Ones - Decorating the Tree

Only 10 days until christmas - I must get the tree decorated

And take a picture of the tree

A basket of gifts for under the tree

Aren't you excited about the holidays - gifts are such fun to wrap and put under the tree
My new dress is of red marbled fabric and white with red dot - nice puffy sleeve with lace  - just right for a festive time

Stop over and see Diane - it is time for lots of holiday fun!!  And today a new friend, Ana, is posting a pretty christmas dress for her doll

How beautiful! We had similar ideas this week and even posed our dolls alike! It's such a fun time to dress our dolls in pretty Christmas frocks. Wishing you a day filled with happiness...and time to play! Holiday hugs, Diane PS Ana is joining us today too!

What a lovely little knit tree for the dolls to decorate. Very pretty! Abby's Christmas dress looks beautiful on her. The lace looks perfect against the red fabric of the dress and compliments the red and white polka dot material very nicely.

I have a little tree for my dolls too (Not as pretty and festive as Abby's), I have been looking at it all week but have not even started to help the girls decorate it. My "real" Christmas tree (the big one)is still undecorated but it does does not look too bad without the decorations. My back has not recovered yet from getting it set up a few days ago. I have high hopes that my son will come over this week and help me get some of the decorations onto the tree.

Have a wonderful day..... Hugs, Candy

I knew you would have something exceptional for Christmas! Beautiful dress! And I love the little crochet tree - have seen them in a stack of cookies, but never in yarn medallions!
I have to disagree about wrapping, though! Hate that job!

Speaking of wrapping gifts, I need to get cracking on that. Maybe I'll do some this evening?

That looks more like a go-to-party dress than a wrap-a-present dress.
Abby may be getting a bit spoiled by all that finery.

Oh! Look at that! She even has a camera! You've been out shopping again, haven't you? The dress is very pretty - beautiful job! Sewing, baking, decorating. You do keep busy, JoAnn!

I couldn't believe my eyes, I crochet a tree like that back in the 70's (I think)!!! Any way it was fun seeing one again. You and Ana have made such pretty dresses for your dolls. Thanks for visiting my blog and your lovely comments. Your newest follower ~ Mickie.
