Scavenger Hunt

I  missed last week, and  almost missed this week - but I'm here  now - let's get started

DISHES
A little preview of my new MacBeth Evans dishes.  I made the flower pot napkin rings.

The dishes come in different colors - we are previewing yellow

The flower lady is a napkin ring that I made - she serves as a centerpiece quite nicely too.

FAVORITE COLOR
How could this not be my favorite color - the flowers look like they have lights in the center.  I can sit and stare at these all day.

SUN FLARE

I noticed this rainbow around the sun - having been warned not to point digital cameras directly into the sun, I used the deck umbrella to hide the sun, while still getting this shot of the rainbow .

EXPRESSION

I have to admit - I didn't take this picture - my son did.  This is our youngest grandson, Donnie, at his second birthday party, driving a school bus at their local amusement park.  Pure little boy happiness!

STICKY

When we took our picnic to a local park overlooking the bay, this car pulled in beside us.  No explanation - but interesting for sure.

I think I love those dishes. :) They have a very vintage feel to them that I like.
I so agree that your flowers look like light emits from their centers. So pretty!
I can't recall ever seeing a halo around the sun. You did a great job capturing this!
Such a sweet expression on your Grandson's face. He looks like he had a wonderful time.
Uh, don't know about the auto but it sure looks like it was custom made. Very different.

I think the flowers are beautiful and I also agree that it looks like they have their own little lights.
Lovely sunflare shot. Didn't know you shouldn't point a digital camera at the sun!
Your grandson sure looks like he is having fun!
Very interesting hood decoration on that vehicle.
Have a great day!

This post brightened up my day JoAnn. The farmer is off walking with his wlaking group and I can never go because of arthritis in my ankle. I always feel sad but am smiling now.
