It has been quite the year - some things we are happy to see behind us - and many things we have sweet memories about. Join me as we take a trip down memory lane in 2015.
JANUARY
Birds, ponies, funky snowman and a shiny moon
FEBRUARY
Eagles nesting, early blossoming trees, tea parties and mountains.
MARCH
Eagles, more early flowers, daffodil fields, walnut trees blooming, finishing painting the kitchen cabinets, tea with friends for my birthday and a Pi Pie
APRIL
Birds,flowers, kites and spring lambs
MAY
More flowers, Mt. Baker and some shaggy ponies
JUNE
A trip we will never forget - whale watching in the Salish Sea (from Vancouver Island, British Columbia to Seattle) - a gift from our son and daughter-in-law.
Just had to do two for June - birds, flowers, horses, sewing outdoors on the deck and an orangish/red boat named Tomato Sloup
JULY
Our son and his family visited for two weeks from West Virginia - we picnicked, had water wars, played in the creek, celebrated three birthdays and enjoyed our youngest grandson.
So July gets two memory collages - Sailboats, an Osprey, potato fields, Whatcom Falls Park and Washington State Ferries.
AUGUST
Birds wild and tame, flowers, someone's line of clean t-shirts on the clothesline, a day spent on Lummi Island, making jelly and a squirrel appearing to wear a ceramic bird feeder as a saddle.
SEPTEMBER
Birds, pumpkins, horses, truck full of antiques and a darling stone cottage.
OCTOBER
Mt. Baker, birds, a farm stand and barn windows with red geraniums.
NOVEMBER
Floods from unbelievable amounts of rain, ducks and swans and the world painted on a round propane tank.
DECEMBER
Birds, heavy frost, and seasonal waterfalls
