Little Things Thursday

While tidying up the deck this morning - in the wonderfully warm sunshine, I noticed some flowers blooming.
The Hyacinths are beginning to bloom

 Their scent is heavenly
 And some pretty ruffled pansies
A small start on spring - so cheerful

Hyacinths have such a heavenly scent! It's especially welcome after winter. And those ruffled pansies are amazing! I don't think I've seen this kind before. Your deck is truly coming to life!

Hyacinths are probably my favorite spring flower. The scent is so wonderful. Spring is near when they begin to bloom.

Wow! What pictures! I could almost smell those intoxicating hyacinths. My grandma had them and my sisters and I picked them without giving a thought. But sweet grandma - being an indulgent grandma (kinda like you and me! wink, wink!) never said a word to us except, "Take! Take!"
And the pansies! If someone had to describe the word "ruffle" to an alien who just hopped off an UFO, all they'd have to do is show those pictures!

Oh... I'm just scrolling up and down this post... Your flower photos are wonderful!
How to describe the colour of those pansies? "Heavenly" is perhaps the best word.
Happy Sunday!
