The sun was infrequent today - but the flowers shown beautifully. The Hyacinths are in bloom now - I arranged them in the three tier planter and can see them from inside the house - so springy and fresh.
From the tight buds
To beautiful and wonderfully scented flowers
I bought bags of mixed colors and am very happy with the assortment

The grape hyacinth are beginning to show a bit of color in the places hit by sun part of the day. Ours are still resting up for a bit later in the spring.
Your hyacinths are wonderful JoAnn!
The colour selection is beautiful and I'm sitting here imagining that heady hyacinth fragrance.
Hyacinths and daffodils herald Spring to me!

So beautiful! The colours are lovely, and one can almost smell those enchanting hyacinths.
Happy Sunday!
Oh the gorgeous perfume! I can almost smell it!
How beautiful JoAnn! I love the variety of colours and they must smell so pretty. Enjoy. Have a great week.
It's at times like this that I realize how short our summer here really is! Wonderful colour, but we won't expect those til early May!
I love hyacinths ... the color and the scent. Your mixed hyacinths are gorgeous. I know you are enjoying them.
Love the different colours all in the same pot!
They're so lovely! I love all three colors.
As I get older I like hyacinths more and more. Each year I buy some to have indoors and then plant them outside, I now have over 80 in the garden. You have such lovely colours and photographed them well x
I love hyacinths and these are beautiful! You have some very nice colors here. They're on my list of "must plant" bulbs but I haven't decided on a spot for them. Crocus, too.
You're making me wish I had planted hyacinths last fall. I have a few (or will, later this spring) but not in such a variety of beautiful colours!
