Wednesday Wee Ones

Our grandson Donnie is playing soccer now (he's the one that lives in West Virginia).

Left side of the photo (with blue legs)
 He's the goalie!!!
And a year or so ago - his mom sent me a sweet bag full of doll clothes for Donnie Doll (don't they look alike?)
One of the outfits was a darling soccer outfit - complete with a soccer ball and Nikes

Our grandson is also a Cub Scout - and our daughter-in-law sent me this Cub Scout uniform for my birthday this year.  Donnie Doll likes to wear his uniform.
And next year Donnie wants to start playing baseball - so of course Donnie Doll wants to play also - along with his sisters.  I sewed their uniforms.

 Batter Up!!!

Donnie also plays basketball - guess we'd better get busy on a basketball uniform.  It's hard to keep up that busy little boy.  He is in third grade now!

Love this! A nice way to stay in touch cross-country.

I just love this post. How nice to have a doll as a backup. I'm glad to see he is also a scout, as I have been a leader for over 40 years. He looks happy and ready for the next adventure life might bring. It must be a bit sad to be so far away. I am lucky to have a facetime date with kids and grandkids from week to week.

How lovely to visit your place once again and see your dolls all dressed ready for their activities. Your grandsons are growing up aren't they. How fun they enjoy so many different activities.

How sweet to have your dolls reflect your grandchildren's activities and outfits!

Oh how I love the new clothes! Little boy clothes are so much harder to find. Love that soccer ball too. My 'kids' have a football now! Hope you are feeling better each day. Sweet hugs, Diane, Wendy and all the Florida dollies

The dolls and doll clothes are great but my guess is that you'd rather be closer to the "original" Donnie. He's looking extra cute. That's a wonderful school picture.
