Barns and Sheep

One of my favorite farms - it sits in a little cubbyhole just on a curve in the road - which twists right up a steep hill and my drive by shots have not worked out - until now  It is so peaceful and has such a pretty stack of firewood along the side of one barn.
Can you see why it is a favorite?  Such a sweet old farm.  There are usually some cattle in the field - just not this day.
An old barn and a chicken shed
I like the lines on the front of this barn - and the fruit trees in front
Another favorite - this little farmette is on the way to Bayview, WA
The top of the barn seems to have been damaged in the storms of this past winter.  The chickens and sheep don't seem to mind.
The flock of sheep and goats is growing ever year
Enjoying a bit of sunshine

...JoAnn, what a wonderful collection of barn you have to share this week. they are all so different. The group of sheep are a great mix, around here we have those common white ones with a few black ones. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hello, I like the barn with the stack of wood. The sheep are cute too. Great barn series. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and the new week ahead!

Good spot to keep it dry under the barn eaves. My grampa did that along the side of the garage. Our floating woodshed is almost full with the last of the old deck boards a neighbour gave us. They will burn really fast, so we'll need an additional supply of split wood to get us through the winter. - Margy

You seem to live in an area where there are a good many farms. Lucky you! The barns are quite interesting and the sheep... I just don't see sheep anymore. What a cutie that white one is.
