Saturday's Critters

I just couldn't resist - we were driving down the street and there they were - just waiting for me to take their picture.  So I did - and now you can see them too.
 A flock of flamingos in the Pacific Northwest

LOVE the sense of humor - at least I HOPE this is done with a sense of humor!
Our high school band had a fundraiser a few years ago. Members woke up to a front yard full of flamingos. If they gave a donation, the birds would be removed and sent on to the party of their choice. It was fun to see where they'd pop up next!

With so many flamingos, I can imagine I'm looking at the Sea World Flamingo exhibit, with all the nests. Really cool photos.
