A tour with me and my camera - barns, houses, birds, ocean - anything that catches my fancy - come along with me
Hi JoAnn, what kind of bird is the little one? I don't recognise it and am fairly sure we've never had one visit our garden. Crows, magpies and blackbirds live with us year round but I've never been able to capture shots as good as yours.Happy Mosaic Monday.Maggie.
The crow is hilarious, the tiny one so cute :)
Very cute JoAnne. I have never seen a crow at the feeders. Love your HummerMB
...birds of a feather flock together.
Fun fun fun! Lovely images and I smiled all the way through the hummingbird story! Happy Monday!
Hello, I just love all the cute hummers. Great captures with the crow! Happy Monday, enjoy your new week ahead!
This post really shows up the contrast in size between hummingbirds and crows! I wonder if the hummers are frightened of the crows, or if they think of them as friendly giants. Great captures!
You take the clearest close ups of the birds - what a treat today.Joy
One extreme to the other!
They say that crows live in town and ravens are out in the backcountry. I don't know if that is true, but we only see ravens up at the cabin, and they sure are pests. - Margy
You and your birds started my day off with a smile! Thank you. Your hummer pics are just wonderful, really show off the beautiful colors and alert "personality". But I hope he figures out that bigger isn't always better ... crows are OK, but hummingbirds are way prettier ;)))!
We have a hummer that has become very protective of the feeder. He will sit in a pine tree nearby and chase off any other hummer that comes near! They are as entertaining as they are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
Oh, gosh, I loved these...such cuties!
Hummingbirds are among my favorites. They're so cute - and brave!
