I've Looked At Clouds

From both sides now

Flying from Wisconsin back to Washington clouds

Bright and sunny above the clouds

Don't you just love clouds?

Swishy swirly clouds

Streaky clouds - these lasted only about 5 minutes

Blowing in the wind clouds

Sheep's wool clouds

If a man leads his sheep to water, can rain be far behind?
 White sheep, white sheep,
On a blue hill,
When the wind stops, You all stand still.
When the wind blows, You walk away slow.
White sheep, white sheep, Where do you go?

Christina Rossetti
Stacked up on pillars of warm air clouds - walking down the earth

Getting ready for a storm clouds

Mixed up layers of clouds

Bright blue sky and puffy cotton clouds
Clouds are very clever things
They aren't held up with hooks or strings
They have no wings to help them fly
They simply hang there in the sky

George Ansell

Reflected in the lake clouds
Rain falling from clouds

Letting the sunshine through clouds

Beneath the mountain summit clouds

Over the top of mountain clouds
In the mountain valley clouds
Stuck in the tree clouds
Showing off the Space Needle clouds
Full of seagulls clouds

Dancing with the moon clouds

I love them all

(These are all my own photos - just in case you were wondering)

A beautiful series - I especially loved the clouds raining over the water. The verses are so sweet. The striped clouds are very interesting - I don't think I have ever seen clouds like that before! A wonderful series for our region - mountains to the sea, with the Space Needle thrown in! xo Karen

Once I knew the names for all those varieties of clouds but I love your names better. Thanks for the post.

Oh, clouds! My favorite! I LOVE clouds and you've caught a perfect assortment of them! GREAT shots! A real joy to cruise through them. Thank you! (And thanks for the camera info, too! I appreciate it. My little pocket-sized Casio has bitten the dust. I don't know if I'll replace it...)

JoAnn, Your cloud pictures are fabulous. The best part of flying is the clouds, flying over them, below them, and through them, I just love it. You captured the so many beautiful pictures to perfection. You never cease to amaze me with the beauty of your pictures.
