Regularly Scheduled Scavenger Hunt - if you can stand one more

This is the scavenger hunt I have normally been doing - a repeat of the clues - but not a repeat of the interpretation.

TOOLS

Our grandson Jahn-Zyel, learning to sew on my Featherweight Sewing Machine

Hand sewing a button on the purse he was making as a gift

MOTION

Crow trying to scamper up the rock, instead of flying

The brown horse was charging toward the spotted horse - I think he didn't want to share the spotlight

SWEET

Home made cranberry/orange scones for tea

DOTS

Handles of silverware

STRIPES

The boards on the barn make  nice stripes

Several different stripes on this fence with Clematis

Every picture is fascinating JoAnn - lovely to see a boy learning to sow - and I love that old barn.

LOVE your photos I have a featherlight that I adore. My husband is such a great sewer I am so happy his Mom taught him how. I teach all children who come for an over night visit how to sew(boys and girls) it is a good thing. B

Wonderful photos! My favourite has to be the featherlight. I am currently looking around old charity shops to see if I can find an old sewing machine and an old typewriter. Fantastic pieces of furniture! Take care. Chel x

I remember spending summer days practicing my sewing skills. I hope he is paying better attention than I did! It is a skill that will serve him well.

I love all your other photos. I'm particularly fond of the horses and the barn. Great shots!

I love your sewing machine. Do you ever have an issue when it starts missing the stitch from the bobbin?

Very nice choices. It's good to see a boy learning to sew and he looks to be in deep concentration.
My favorites from your set were the horses in your motion shot and the beautiful clematis for the stripes.

Is there a published list of clues? I think this is a great exercise for learning to look for things and might be a fun exercise for an English class.
