A rare sunshiney day - a nice ride through the countryside - and some great critters
Red Tail Hawk in the sunshine
Deer in the wild - usually we see them in our neighborhood, among all the houses, enjoying tidbits from the yards
These were in a hay field and quickly disappeared into the woods, after posing for us
And then flocks of Trumpeter Swans and Canada Geese - with more Canada Geese coming in for a landing.
...I love the hawk.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing those big birds coming in for a landing!

ReplyDeleteHello JoAnn, these are wonderful photos of the Red-tailed Hawk, Geese and beautiful swans. I love the cute deer photos too. We had a bad wind storm and it took our power out. I am trying to comment a it while our generator is on. I hope to catch up with everybody once my power is back on. Thanks so much for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteAll sorts of critters! I cannot wait for our geese to return soon.

I always think how lovely it would be to see deer roaming free. I suppose our equivalent down here is the kangaroo. The Red Tail Hawke is a regal looking fellow.

ReplyDeleteWe had sunshine and blue skies today - what a blessing! But we are no where close to seeing any grass .... so I enjoyed your pictures of it with the deer!
