Random Five Friday - Where I Live

NW Washington has fabulous scenery - I thought I'd share five things this Friday with you, about NW WA.
1. We have lakes, rivers and the ocean

 2. Rain

Which makes everything grow - like ferns on tree branches

 Mushrooms
And blackberries everywhere - overtaking anything they come in contact with.
3. Sunsets
4.  And flowers, do we ever have flowers!!

 Fields of tulips
 Masses of dandelions
And chairs to sit and view the fields of flowers
And flowering trees
5. And we've got Mt. Baker - from different angles

  9. It was fun to see the "other" side of our fair state. You know over on the SE side we have mountains too although not so big or grand. We have rivers, lakes, and waterfalls as well.
Let's just say WA is a gorgeous state all over. - I surely did enjoy your fabulous tour through that side though. Be sure to stop by because your chairs look mighty familiar.

  11. Your state has everything that America is all about. Mountains of majesty, fertile fields, sparkling water, a bounty of wildlife and waves of...well, tulips I guess!.....maybe not cactus plants or desserts, but certainly most everything else that makes this country so amazingly lovely!!

  12. Beautiful photos...love the one of the tulips...I would have a bouquet on every table if I had my way! Love their little bobbly heads, never know which way they will go.
The dandelions are a reminder of what we will be fighting in another couple weeks...
    Have a great week, JoAnn!
