Well, that title about covers it. I wanted to post about my garden - but there is nothing to take pictures of except some rain and soggy plants - so I thought I'd bring a little cheer with a collage of flowers from last year. A little encouragement that the rain and snow do finally stop and we have flowers!!!
I'm ready for spring - but don't want to rush the days away - so while I sit listen to the rain I'll enjoy remembering the pretty flowers. And I'll have a cup of tea.
Such a pretty collage ~ It contains many of my favorite flowers! I hope you are enjoying your tea! We had more snow overnight.
ReplyDeleteThose are glorious!
ReplyDeleteI am going to email something to you. Be on the lookout!
ReplyDeleteI think I will join your garden party. Delightful and fun. Flowers are gorgeous. MB
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm SO ready for Spring too. Die, Winter, Die!
ReplyDeleteI am so ready for spring!
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty, nothing like flowers in the garden.
ReplyDeleteThe plum is blooming, the camellia is opening, the buds on the magnolia are getting big and fuzzy, spring is on the way!
ReplyDeleteYou ask what dripping is JoAnn. It is the fat which drips out of the meat as it roasts, and when you pour it off into a basin it sets, with a layer of delicious brown, meaty jelly underneath. It was always a favourite on toast when we were children, particularly with a good sprinkling of salt - all very unhealthy by today's eating standards.
ReplyDeleteThose flowers are a breath of fresh air! I love how those nasturtiums are pouring out of the fence. And I love all the flowers (except the dandelions - they pave the fields around here). Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWe got a half inch of rain overnight. Our water table is high and the soil is saturated so we're starting to get standing water all around. I wouldn't mind a break for a few days.
Soon your flowers will bloom this year, too. Meanwhile, what a lovely collage to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI'm ready for spring, too. Your flowers are lovely. I can't wait to see what blooms this year.

I'm with you. I'm ready for spring and flowers. Today I saw three robins. That's a good sign. and I bought five bags of manure and two of peat. I'm ready as soon as the ground dries out a bit. - Margy
ReplyDeleteEvery color in the spectrum is included in your collage - beautiful!
