More Flowers

Wild or cultivated, there are so many flowers out this year.
Rhododendrons in every color.  I especially love the pink ones.

And what is this?  I thought at first it was pussy willows going to seed,  but not sure.  Anyone have an idea?

Whatever it is - it certainly was interesting to see.

All I can think of is cottonwood fluff but I have no idea if that's what it is.

JoAnn, no idea quite what that fluffy white stuff is! Love the rhododendrons, both cultivated and wild, the latter especially visible in the mountains of western North Carolina at this time of year. Have just one rather puny one in my own back garden - almost lost among the overgrowth. Talk about a 'secret garden', mine certainly aspires to that concept lately and we need to get some professional help before the cottage is eaten alive, haha!

Hope you continue to get stronger and feel well - you're often in my thoughts.

JoAnn - Love the detail on the rhododendrons - almost like orchids. I think the last plant is a type of willow, although I would have to see some leaves to confirm. Have a great weekend!
