Barns and Trumpeter Swans

If there is anything I love more than barns - it Trumpeter Swans - put them together and I'm in heaven.

Trumpeter Swans overwinter in our area and we see them quite often - sometimes just resting in the winter wheat fields that are planted expressly for them - to keep them out of the farmers' regular fields.  With a barn in the background we have a picture of perfection.

...JoAnn, such a wonderful collection! Your are right, put a critter or two in front of a barn and you have a great scene. Thanks so much for sharing.

I always love visiting you, JoAnn because there just might be a barn or two to gaze upon. LOVE your barns you discover for us. AND.....those trumpeter swans.....well they are perfect!

Wow...those trumpeter swans add some delightful ambiance to the scenes! Loved your barns and Mt. Baker. That first one was really different...mostly steep roofing. Very interesting!
