Red Barns

Today we are looking at more red barns
Well kept and a beautiful tree nearby

One of my favorite farms - we see it across the green fields on our way home after looking for Trumpeter Swans and Snow  Geese - so there are lots of photos of this one.  The pictures of this farm are always taken at 60 mph, as we zoom up the freeway towards home.  No stopping for photos on the freeway.
Another view - with a seasonal pond in the hay fields after days of heavy rain.
I didn't see any horses nearby
Growing older - lots of blackberry bushes encroaching
Trumpeter Swans and Mallard Ducks in front of a large and a small red barn.
I suspect they have barn owls

This one is just to pretty to not see it one more time.

Red seems to be the quintessential colour for barns. These are such pretty examples. You take wonderful drives around the countryside.

Lovely red barns! I was chuckling about you taking photos at 60mph! That's the story of my barn shots!
