The hummingbirds have been busy at the feeders this spring
The Rufous Hummingbirds are the main visitors to our feeders this spring.
Showing off their pretty feathers - even in the rain.
Fluffing up to keep warm with raindrops on their feathers and beaks
Beautiful, wonderful photos of the Hummingbirds! We have the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds here in Mississippi, but I have not been able to get a good photo, but I keep trying!

I love hummingbirds so much! I was in my 30s before I saw one in real life. It was the most magical thing I've ever seen! I'll never forget that first glimpse.

Such wonderful photos of this darling little hummer!
ReplyDeleteMy hummingbirds must be pretty hungry by now. The small feeder only lasts one day and the large one three days at best. By the time we get home from Oregon it will be over a week. Fortunately there are lots of flowers on the cliffs this time of year. - Margy
