Barns - The Last of British Columbia

So many barns on such a short trip - we enjoyed them all.
I love the shape of this barn - I think it is an angel barn.
Well kept barn with corn field in front.  Zipping by on the freeway.
These cute little green and yellow barns were all over the place - you could drive right up and buy your corn without even getting out of your car.  The corn in Washington is not ripe yet - and we were surprised to see them selling local corn, since they are farther north - we thought their corn would not ripen this early.
Corn so tall it almost hides this barn - but not the silo.
Love the striped tops on these silos
A big barn - and corn that is not so far along as that being sold in the "corn barns"
Long ago useful - not resting and surrounded by blackberries.

  10. Where do I begin? First, I LOVE your post this week. I have never seen the prefab style green and yellow barns for selling their produce. They are tooooo cute. And the silos that look like you are are at the circus or at the beach with all the pretty umbrellas. But that field with the corn so high...it is making me think of a song from, i think, Oklahoma, about the corn so high. I really like your name for that first barn. Now every time I see one shaped like this of even a roof like this I will think "Angel Barn." Loved your post. genie
