Time for the October Scavenger hunt!
Question
How many legs, horses and heads?
There are many wonderful things to see on this fence. It is out in the country and doesn't seem to be used - the driveway up to the house is at the other end of the property.
Love the bug made of a pair of garden shears
And a spider made from a spring and a cap

After well over a year, this broken old building is still standing in the construction site where new houses are being built - wonder what will become of it?

What an intriguing fence. Someone has put a lot of work into that! I like the double headed multi legged horse too!
Quite the bit of fence there! (And a nice car!)
Your "ring" is very funny! And I do love that fence in your "many" post! It has so many amazing details. It's really wonderful!
Hello, what a great series! The fence was my favorite, very cool! Happy Sunday, enjoy your new week!
Why would anyone not want that beautiful fence in their front yard where they could look at it every day? The artisan that made it was very creative making it look so realistic. Love the spider and spider web portion.
Thanks for sharing, JoAnn...and have a great week...can you believe we are into November, already!
That was fun! I love the rusty fence made up of so many parts and pieces. Very clever! Happy November to you JoAnn. I hope you have a beautiful week.
Route 66 revisited, except in green vs. red. That's definitely a classic car. - Margy
Terrific photos! That fence is indeed a work of art, with such fascinating creations welded and melded together. Your horse photo does evoke the question of 'how many?' Very effective. I see the landscape is very like it is here, with the fallen trees and cloudy skies. Here's to November!
Great pictures as usual but that fence blows me away. Some welder had a lot of creative fun with that one.
what I love about this post is your humour. You asked a question, the answer is 12! Loved the Heron shots and that fence is very interesting. Love yout ake on the ring with the upturned duck. The autumn colours of the leaves were briliant and I WANT tht car as well!! Perhaps we could share it!! NO?
I love your today photos and the fence of course - how wonderful. Ring is great as well - the whole blog is a lovely look around your area.

Such creativity has gone into that fence...it's amazing.
Your photo for Ring was so clever and I'd love that car too!
You always have such gorgeous headers, JoAnn! I enjoyed all your photos for this month's hunt. The fence was fascinating, and I appreciated the extra photos showing the clever details. The "today" shots of rain were soft and lovely, and I thought the one with the sailboat under those dark clouds was spectacular. Happy hunting in November!
I wanna fence like that. That was a pretty nifty fence. Love the pictures
