We had a most lovely thanksgiving - so much to be thankful and a wonderful family gathering. We enjoyed those who were with us and missed those who couldn't be here.
All that we behold is full of blessings. ~William Wordsworth
Gratitude turns what we have, into enough.
I am thankful for nights that turned into mornings, friends that turned into family and dreams that turned into reality.
Gather here with grateful hearts.
Bless the food before us, the family and friends beside us and the love between us.
Let our lives be full of both Thanks and Giving.
Be kind, be thoughtful, be genuine, but most of all be Thankful
Three things in Human Life are important
The first is to be kind
The second is to be kind
The third is to be kind

JoAnn, your table looks lovely and the food is making me hungry, when I thought I would never be hungry again!! Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I enjoyed all the quotes. Happy Weekend..Judy
Lovely table, JoAnn...I believe we have the same beautiful crocheted tablecloth! http://mimi-inthemiddleofnowhere.blogspot.com/2013/09/brown-and-white-transferware.html
Love your centerpiece.
Have a great weekend.
Oh, how I loved that feast! (and no calories either) Thank you for including all your blogging friends.
Happy belated Thanksgiving to you and your family. You really have lots of nice Thanksgiving table decorations. Love the setting, and yummy food! We are in downtown LA and it doesn't feel very Thanksgivingish. But walking to Staples arena to watch a Lakers game, we passed the Pantry Cafe, a classic oldtime eatery. In the window they advertised a special Thanksgiving dinner, so we went there yesterday for dinner. We got turkey with all the trimmings, and enjoyed watching all the other people enjoying the special day together. When we left, there was a line wrapping around the corner and down the street. Guess it's a favourite spot with locals as well as tourists. -- Margy
Lovely Thanksgiving post. And what a pretty tablescape.. I love the turkey centerpiece.. Have a happy weekend!
Beautiful words and beautiful place settings. So much of what you eat at Thanksgiving is unfamiliar food here in the UK, but not the turkey of course.
What a perfectly LOVELY POST! What Mother Teresa said is so true!!
What a beautiful table! And I love all your quotes. (That's not the tablecloth you've been crocheting, is it? Yours is a different pattern?) Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Did you get snow? We had about an inch overnight. I'm sure there's more at higher elevations. The last time we had snow this early we had it several times through the winter. I wonder if it's a signal we're in for more this year...
I was thinking how pretty the table looked and the started drooling over the food. Looks so inviting. That's what I love about blogging. Making the family step back and wait so I could take a picture of the dinner table.
A few times I forgot and made them get up so I could capture the money shot of the food on the table. Happy belated Thanksgiving.
Ok...I am seriously coveting your big turkey! What a pretty table.
