A tour with me and my camera - barns, houses, birds, ocean - anything that catches my fancy - come along with me
I like it in black Nd white, too. I love to watch the reckless abandon with which birds bathe!
They have been splashing up a storm - I think they're so happy the ice is thawing and they have room to play!!
Great action shots of the mallard for BWW ~ love them! ~ xxxartmusedog and carol
The 1st and 5th pictures are my favorites, JoAnn. I bet it was fun to sit, watch and photograph the ducks. The B & W is a good edit choice.
These are great in black and white! I especially like the look of the flying drops of water.
Love the splashes in black and white!!
How lovely they are in monochrome! Great shots.
Love the splashy shots♪ http://lauriekazmierczak.com/familiar-winter-sighting/
The strong highlights make yhese shots work in B & W. great job!
They look like they are having a wonderful time splashing and playing, just like kids.
Beautiful play of light round these water splashes. The duck is quite an active artist.
I always enjoy studying the vivid contrast in textures in your photos. They are even more pronounced in black and white! Very pretty series!
Yes, I like them in black and white too JoAnn. We have a pair on our beck here on the farm. They appear to be considering making a nest.
JoAnn, you have picked the perfect subjects for b/w photos. When they throw that water around it is like diamonds. Beautiful pics..Happy Thursday..Judy
They're absolutely stunning in B/W. I would never have thought so but it really works. x
They are so much fun to watch. I love their colors but you did very well with the black and white effect. Nice photos.
Lovely photos of the birds.
Thanks for stopping by for a visit - I always enjoy hearing from you!
