Now, if anyone needed a vivid tutorial on the way "warm colors advance and cool colors recede," all they'd have to do is view your lovely album! And they'd also admire multiple examples of radial symmetry, the lovely pattern created by concentric circles, and the pleasing informal balance of the last photo! (Old art teachers never die - they just visit favorite blogs and get all excited when they see beautiful examples of what they never seem to stop looking for!)
Wonderful! Love love love sunflowers! Nasturtiums are one of the prettiest old fashioned flowers... they remind me of my childhood. Mom had lots of them growing in our garden and I'd pick them and suck the nectar. I've always thought they had the most beautiful leaves.

Looks like those sun flowers are doing a happy dance.
Beautiful pix as always. Love the nasturtiums
I am amazed these days at the variety of sunflower cultivars. It seems there is a variety now for every space ... big, small, and in-between.
Gorgeous! I love sunflowers.
