Wednesday Wee Ones

Hi - I'm Abby - I have a new dress with daisies and yellow ribbons - Diane picked this black/daisy fabric - perfect for pretty dresses.

I even have bloomers to match
I think this dress is perfect for a summer party.

And I am Sally Jo - sometimes we share each other's clothes - I do like this party dress

We take turns wearing our pretty party dresses, don't you think this red dress is beautiful -it is made from the same pattern as the black dress
And then we trade dresses - oops - we forgot to trade shoes
Hmmm - that isn't right either
There we go - perfect match
We'd like to have a tea party - would you please come with us?

Our new tea set is shiny and pretty
With pink roses on the cups, saucers and plates

 We like our afternoon tea

Thank you for coming, we hope you enjoyed the tea.  Come again soon

There are several of us who sew for our dolls and blog on Wednesdays
Stop by and see what fun and darling outfits they have sewn

And now some other tea blogs to enjoy

Mom used to make some of my doll clothes. I never was very good at sewing. My great grandmother was a seamstress in Norway. My grandmother didn't sew much. My mom was an avid sewer, and I didn't take to it. Maybe it's a generational thing in our family. - Margy

These girls are so adorable. They would love to play in the dollhouse, wouldn't they? I have been keeping up with Diane's girls. She even sent me extra patterns, so sweet of her, because I found my Madame Alexander at a thrift store a few weeks ago. She is in perfect condition, not a mark, scratch, or smudge of dirt on her anywhere. I just haven't had time to sew yet for your. Love the daisy print. And thanks so much JoAnn for stopping by the dollhouse blog. It does not get much traffic simply because I just have't spent time develop it, so I appreciate your visit.

How CUTE! I loved this pretty daisy print...it would work for so many of the patterns. Of course the little dresses are so very sweet and you have so many pretty dishes for your dollies. They are having a wonderful tea party! Love the fun we've had this week! We're on a roll! heehee! Sweet hugs, Diane

Abby looks fabulous in the daisy print dress. I just adore her curly hair and Sally Jo looks radiant in the red and white dress with the red shoes. I think I like the shorter length of the red dress on Sally Jo. What fun to have a tea party for the girls with their shiny new tea set. Someday when my dolls finally have some pretty cloths I will have to bring them over for a play date with your dolls. Have a wonderful weekend..... Hugs, Candy
